HVAC & Electrical Pricing in Roanoke, VA

We believe homeowners should have a realistic idea of what common repairs and installations may cost before they schedule service. Below are typical price ranges for residential electrical and HVAC work throughout the Roanoke Valley.

Straightforward service pricing

Start with a realistic range.

Find the service you need, see its typical price, and compare the situations that can move the final cost up or down.

How Our Pricing Works

Our diagnostic and service call is $99. If you approve the recommended repair, that fee is credited toward the repair. For HVAC service, the $99 covers the diagnosis and is included in the repair price if you move forward. Before work begins, we will explain what we found and provide a firm price.
